Essential Responsibilities: Our Clinical Pharmacist will be responsible for delivering exceptional pharmaceutical care through:

  • Providing comprehensive clinical pharmacy services, including sterile compounding, dispensing, and ongoing clinical monitoring for infusion therapies
  • Managing pharmacy operations in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and organizational policies
  • Supervising pharmacy technicians and support staff while maintaining high practice standards
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including nursing, intake, admissions, and sales teams to optimize patient outcomes
  • Contributing to Quality Assurance programs and Performance Improvement initiatives
  • Managing inventory, procurement, and controlled substance documentation

Required Qualifications: 

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or Registered Pharmacist (R.Ph.) degree
  • Current and active state pharmacist license
  • 1-3 years of experience in specialty home infusion or hospital pharmacy settings
  • Demonstrated expertise in IV room operations and infusion therapy
  • Proficiency in CPR+/Care Tend software preferred
  • Strong clinical and customer service skills
