Position Overview: Join our team as a Clinical Infusion Pharmacist in Dublin, OH, where you'll play a crucial role in providing comprehensive pharmacy services for patients requiring both chronic and acute infusion therapies.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time position (40 hours/week)
• Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• On-call rotation required every 3-5 weeks

Pay: 125k annually 

Essential Responsibilities: Our Clinical Pharmacist will be responsible for delivering exceptional pharmaceutical care through:

• Providing comprehensive clinical pharmacy services, including sterile compounding, dispensing, and ongoing clinical monitoring for infusion therapies
• Managing pharmacy operations in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and organizational policies
• Supervising pharmacy technicians and support staff while maintaining high practice standards
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including nursing, intake, admissions, and sales teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Contributing to Quality Assurance programs and Performance Improvement initiatives
• Managing inventory, procurement, and controlled substance documentation
• Ensuring pharmacy dispensing aligns with insurance authorization processes and supporting reimbursement team with insurance audits

Required Qualifications: 

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or Registered Pharmacist (R.Ph.) degree
• Current and active state pharmacist license
• 1-3 years of experience in specialty home infusion or hospital pharmacy settings
• Demonstrated expertise in IV room operations and infusion therapy
• Proficiency in CPR+/Care Tend software preferred
• Strong clinical and customer service skills
