SUMMARY:

Applies graduate-level clinical social work skills to the risk assessment of individuals, families, and groups and provides graduate-level clinical social work interventions as appropriate to client needs. Consults and collaborates with hospital and community professionals and programs, participates in program and organizational assessment, planning, and development according to license guidelines. Seeks professional social work supervision when appropriate for practice or training.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS :

OH Licensed Social Worker with Master's Degree in Social Work from accredited Social Work academic program (Accredited by the Council on Social Work Education) Must have strong listening and communication skills and the ability to work well in an interdisciplinary setting. Computer skills are highly desirable. Must have two years social work experience, preferably in health care, and minimum one-year experience working with a frail/elderly population.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to $75,000.00 per year based on experience plus 10% bonus

Accurately dispenses properly labeled medications following the scanning process. Supports and follows the most up to date USP guidelines (797/800). Understands the Abacus software / Baxa pump. Prioritizes and monitors daily operational duties in assigned areas using support personnel in the most effective manner, including coordination of break and lunch (dinner), to ensure patient care services are maintained. Monitors drug supply and initiates orders as required as well as regularly inspecting pharmacy and assigned department inventory to ensure that drugs which are outdated are removed from stock. Job Description:

The role involves assisting pharmacists in preparing medications for patients at a retail pharmacy. Tasks include:

• Inputting prescription and patient information into the computer system
• Interacting with patients and medical staff for pharmacy details
• Ensuring excellent customer service
• Maintaining medication stock levels to prevent delays in service is essential.

Schedule - Day Shift: M-F, 9a-5:30p

Pay - $20-23/hr depending on experience
