Job Title/ Type of Pharmacy - Certified Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician 

Job Description:

The role involves assisting pharmacists in preparing medications for patients at a retail pharmacy. Tasks include:

• Inputting prescription and patient information into the computer system
• Interacting with patients and medical staff for pharmacy details
• Ensuring excellent customer service
• Maintaining medication stock levels to prevent delays in service is essential.
• Non-sterile compounding is performed under pharmacist supervision, and teamwork is emphasized.
• Continuous education is required to meet competency standards, and additional training opportunities are provided for skill development.

Schedule - Day Shift: M-F, 9a-5:30p

Pay - $20-23/hr depending on experience 

Licensing required - State license / PTCB or NHA

Experience needed - At least 1 year of sterile compounding experience is required. PTCB and OH CPHT Licenses are BOTH required. Benefits are offered while on contract with ASG-Pharmacy. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) contribution. Benefits will start 30 days after employment.
