We stopped working with Alliance a couple years ago for various reasons. We have reconnected hoping that Alliance would be able to provide candidates for skilled labor positions. Alliance has provided candidates, which is a good thing in this current environment. However, their overall work ethic is not as desired. The trial period we have with Alliance is 90 days. Most of the new employees do well for at least the 90 days nad then taper off quickly shortly after that. We wish the overall quality of the candidates would be better. not sure this is all related to the current economy since we had similar issues several years back and one of the main reasons we stopped using Alliance a couple years ago.
