First I want to say that we have a great relationship with Alliance and our contacts at Alliance know us well, are responsive, and supportive.
The biggest current issue is poor attendance right out of the gate for new hires. A high percentage of our new hires are quickly missing work and getting in attendance trouble early. I would like better screening on the reliability of these candidates. For example; if they are showing up late to any screening or missing interviews with Alliance, or have been in attendance trouble before please don't send them my way. Please screen for attendance.
