When I needed a job she was the first to call me back with a job that matched what I needed. I can tell she really does care about getting people the jobs they want and need. After searching, my old job that I loved but had to leave due to second shift lay off called me to offer me my job on second shift back. When I called Mikka to let her know the news even though I was supposed to come in for an interview for a new job she found me, she was completely understanding and assured me if I ever needed help finding something in the future she'd be happy to help! I give her a 5 star service rating.
