Alliance Industrial Solutions is urgently hiring Warehouse Associates for our clients in the Canton area! Applicants should be comfortable in a fast paced environment, have a strong attention to detail, and be eager to learn. Attitude and attendance are HUGE for our Clients.

• Starting pay: $15/hr, room to grow

Shift Info:

• Openings across all shifts. Exact times may vary but an example of shift times could be:
  • 1st shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm
  • 2nd shift: 2:00pm - 12:00am
• Mandatory Overtime may be -- must be flexible! 

Qualifications:

• Proficient in operating Material Handling Equipment (e.g., Forklift, Reach Truck, Stock picker) - certification provided.
• Experienced in performing safety checks on equipment.
• Familiar with scanning equipment for material transactions.
• Skilled in consolidating and packing materials for efficient pallet filling. 
• Understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for inventory maintenance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.    
• Experience with hand tools and measurement equipment such as tape measures is required. 

Warehouse Duties: 

• Adaptable to fast-paced warehouse environments and versatile in various areas. 
• Effective communication with peers and supervisors. 
• Precise material identification and counting skills. 
• Prompt reporting of lost or damaged materials to team leads or supervisors.
• Ensuring secure and proper packaging of materials.
• Monitoring documentation and labeling accuracy.
• Maintaining inventory through proper warehouse transactions.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the workspace.
• Physical ability to work on feet, carry, and stack materials.

Your role within the operation may involve tasks like shipping, receiving, material storage, or delivery. Regardless of your warehouse area, you're expected to perform tasks promptly and accurately to ensure timely material delivery to both internal and external customers.
