She's been very outgoing and helpful to several situations and she's always tried to make things comfortable and convenient for herself and the work force, but when you need help you don't feel the need to hold back, I love the fact i can be honest and upfront and how i feel knowing Karla wouldn't judge me for feeling how I've felt in the past this is a door for a beautiful career!
