If you have manufacturing experience, can read blueprints, and enjoy hands-on production work, we encourage you to apply. Carpentry, masonry, and light fabrication experience are a plus.
What You’ll DoPrepare molds and cast refractory parts weighing 2–80 lbs.
Remove parts from molds and perform cosmetic finishing.
Apply wash coatings and hand-sand parts as needed.
Inspect parts for cracks or voids and complete necessary touch-ups.
Operate mobile equipment as required.
Keep your workspace clean and follow company health and safety policies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
High school diploma or GED.
Previous manufacturing experience.
Ability to read blueprints.
Understanding of weight measurements in pounds and ounces.
Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and percentages using a calculator.
Ability to lift 40–80 lbs.
Ability to pass a basic math and tape measure reading test.
Must pass a background check and drug test.
Steel-toed boots with built-in metatarsal protection.
Hard hat.
