Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Administrative Coordinator in Raleigh, NC, you will play a central role in daily office operations.
You will:
Open the office and prepare the lobby for business by 8:00 AM
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional lobby and front office
Keep required forms stocked and readily available
Answer incoming calls and route them appropriately
Take customer orders and assist employees with general questions
Staff the customer lobby window and employee service windows
Create, review, and balance invoices from sales representatives
Enter and monitor orders received by email and fax
Review and correct previous day deposit errors
Scan and file driver paperwork from prior routes
Balance the cash drawer daily
Coordinate tasks with the Sales Administration Specialist
Complete additional administrative duties as assigned
Experience in an administrative, office coordinator, or front desk role preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional communication and customer service skills
Comfortable with phones, data entry, and basic office systems
High attention to detail, especially with cash handling and paperwork
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Pay rate: $20 per hour
