Pay: $18/hour Hours: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm (Training schedule: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm) Start Date: ASAP

What You'll Do

As a 1st Shift Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for - Setting up and operating support equipment like large band saws and overhead cranes, ensuring safety and accuracy. • Visually inspecting parts for quality, measuring components with precision up to 1/16th of an inch. • Safely lifting and moving large steel materials to support machine operations and auxiliary tasks. • Assisting in shop cleanup and supporting team members during shift downtime. • Following safety procedures to maintain a secure and efficient workplace.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have - Prior experience working with heavy materials and industrial equipment is preferred, including operating large saws and cranes, but not mandatory. • Physically capable of handling demanding tasks in an industrial setting. • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to contribute to team efforts. • Eagerness to learn and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards.

Location & Schedule

This position is on-site in Streetsboro, OH, offering first shift hours from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Training hours are initially 6:00 am to 2:00 pm.
