Alliance Industrial Solutions is hiring General Laborers, Warehouse Associates, Assembly Workers, and Production Associates in Streetsboro and Ravenna, OH!

This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals looking for a hands-on, full-time position. No previous experience is required—training is provided!

What You'll Do

• Perform a variety of general labor, warehouse, assembly, and production tasks
• Assemble, package, and prepare products for shipment
• Load and unload materials
• Inspect products and materials for quality
• Operate basic tools and equipment as needed
• Move and organize materials throughout the facility
• Follow safety guidelines and work instructions
• Keep your work area clean and organized
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

What We're Looking For

• Reliable and dependable attendance
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Previous warehouse, assembly, manufacturing, or production experience is a plus, but not required

Shift Options

1st Shift: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM or 4:00 PM–12:00 AM 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM or 12:00 AM–8:00 AM Why Apply?
