As a Machine Operator, you'll support the production of high-quality plastic products in a fast-paced setting. You’ll work closely with the production team to ensure everything runs smoothly, while maintaining safety and quality standards every step of the way.

What You'll Do

As a 12 Hour Day Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Operating and monitoring plastic extrusion production equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Inspecting finished products to meet quality standards using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
• Making basic adjustments to machinery during production to maintain efficiency
• Monitoring material flow and maintaining continuous production
• Completing production logs and quality documentation accurately
• Assisting with routine equipment maintenance and cleaning
• Keeping your work environment organized, clean, and safe
• Following all safety protocols and quality procedures to ensure a secure workplace

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• 1 to 3 years of manufacturing, machine operation, production, or mechanical experience
• Experience using measuring tools such as calipers or micrometers (preferred)
• Forklift experience (preferred)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and keen attention to detail
• The ability to follow detailed work instructions and uphold quality standards
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to stand for 12 hours and lift up to 55 lbs
