Machine Operator / Manufacturing Associate ALL SHIFTS

Ravenna, OH Starting Pay: $16.00-$17.00/hour Full-Time - Immediate Openings

We are immediately hiring Manufacturing Finishers and Press Operators for a growing, family-owned rubber and rubber-to-metal component manufacturer in Ravenna, OH. This is a full-time opportunity with paid training, benefits, and room to grow.

All employees train on 1st Shift. After training, candidates must be willing and able to rotate shifts as needed. Employees who prefer 2nd Shift may move to 2nd Shift after training and remain there. Schedule

1st Shift:

• Monday–Thursday: 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM

• Mandatory overtime on some Fridays: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM

2nd Shift:

• Monday–Thursday: 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM

• Mandatory overtime on some Fridays: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

3rd Shift:

• Monday - Friday: 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM

Responsibilities

Finishers:

• Trim molded rubber parts using knives, scissors, nail clippers, and drills

• Inspect finished parts for quality and defects

• Remove parts from molds and keep production moving

Press Operators:

• Operate injection, compression, and transfer molding presses

• Load and unload molds

• Monitor machine operation and inspect molded parts

Assemblers:

 

• Assemble wire harnesses, hoses, tubing, and other manufactured components

• Perform repetitive hand assembly using good hand and wrist dexterity

• Bend, twist, pull, and manipulate materials throughout the shift

Qualifications:

• 6 months of manufacturing, production, machine operation, assembly, warehouse, or general labor experience

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for the shift

• Strong attention to detail

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Must be willing to train on 1st Shift and rotate shifts as needed
