What You'll Do

As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Operating CNC machines, casting equipment, and trim presses to meet production targets.
• Inspecting parts for defects, ensuring quality standards are maintained.
• Following detailed work instructions, gauges, and setup sheets to properly calibrate machines.
• Completing accurate production documentation and tracking work hours diligently.
• Troubleshooting minor machine issues and escalating problems to maintenance when necessary.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with safety protocols.
• Using basic hand tools and assisting with routine maintenance tasks to keep equipment in optimal condition.
• Supporting team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

• An interest in manufacturing or CNC operations; previous experience is a plus, but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to read and interpret basic instructions and process documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

• The physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
