We’re hiring Machine Operators in Aurora, OH to support production for a leading manufacturer of PVC conduit, pipe, fittings, and accessories. This is a hands-on role with strong potential for long-term growth, pay increases, and full-time hire.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery to manufacture PVC products
• Perform quality checks using micrometers and calipers to ensure products meet specifications
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and assist with basic maintenance
• Load/unload materials and maintain steady production flow
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

Qualifications

• 1+ year of manufacturing, machine operation, or mechanical experience preferred
• Experience using micrometers and calipers required
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts and lift up to 55 lbs
