Location: Streetsboro, OH Pay: $18/hour Schedule: 1st Shift (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM) Training: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM Job Type: Full-Time Start Date: ASAP Start a Hands-On Career – No Experience Required Looking to get into a stable, full-time job where you can learn new skills? We’re hiring entry-level Saw Operators—no prior experience needed. If you’re comfortable using basic tools and want to work with your hands, we’ll train you on everything else.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn to operate band saws and overhead cranes safely and efficiently
• Measure and position steel materials accurately (up to 1/16”) for cutting
• Set up materials properly to ensure precise cuts
• Support production as a machine operator / material handler
• Assist with general labor tasks and shop cleanup

Qualifications:

• Comfortable using a tape measure and basic hand tools
• Willingness to learn and be trained on band saws and cranes
• No experience required – we will train
• Comfortable with physical work and being on your feet
• Reliable and shows up to work
