What You’ll Do:

As a 2nd Shift Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for:

• Following safety procedures and reporting unsafe conditions to ensure a safe work environment.
• Conducting detailed inspections and tests according to established quality standards and procedures.
• Analyzing products or components through visual, mechanical, and measurement evaluations to ensure compliance.
• Applying statistical process control (SPC) techniques to monitor and improve manufacturing processes.
• Documenting inspection data accurately in accordance with company policies and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assisting in developing new inspection methods to address quality issues.
• Communicating findings clearly and maintaining detailed reports of inspection activities.
• Using equipment such as CMM, gage, X-ray, and calibration tools for precise measurements.
• Performing final product inspections to accept or reject items based on quality criteria.
• Completing first and last piece inspections to ensure consistent product quality.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A high school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3 to 6 months of relevant experience or training in quality inspection or manufacturing.
• The ability to interpret technical drawings and documents.
• Basic knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• The physical capability to regularly lift and move up to 40 pounds.
