Job Title: 1st Shift Manufacturing Equipment Operator

Pay: $18/hour Hours: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm (Training schedule: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm) Start Date: ASAP

What You’ll Do:

• Set up and operate support equipment such as large band saws and overhead cranes, ensuring safety and precision.
• Visually inspect parts for quality, measuring components with accuracy up to 1/16th of an inch.
• Safely lift and move large steel materials, supporting machine operations and auxiliary station tasks.
• Assist in shop cleanup and provide support to team members during shift downtime.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure and efficient work environment.

Requirements:

• Prior experience working with heavy materials and industrial equipment is preferred, including operating large saws and cranes, but not mandatory.
• Physically capable of handling demanding tasks in an industrial setting.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to contribute to team efforts.
• Eagerness to learn and commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
