Job Title: Forge Line Production Operator

Pay: $19 - $21 per hour Hours: 2nd Shift: 3pm-11pm and 3rd Shift: 11:00 pm – 7:00 am Start Date: ASAP

As a Forge Line Production Operator, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our manufacturing processes and delivering high-quality forged products. You'll work closely with a dedicated team to ensure smooth operations and product excellence.

As a Forge Line Production Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Operating the forge press as part of a skilled team of 3-4 members.
• Setting up and operating forge and trim presses to meet production targets.
• Handling and operating supporting equipment and related processes efficiently.
• Keeping work areas clean, organized, and maintained to promote safety and efficiency.
• Performing visual inspections of parts to guarantee accuracy and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience required
• At least 1 year of machine operation experience preferred
• Strong shop math and problem-solving skills.
• Capacity to work in a hot, noisy environment with the physical endurance to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay & Benefits

• $19/hour training rate (first 2 weeks on 1st shift)
• $21/hour once placed on assigned shift
• Overtime opportunities available
