We are currently seeking Foundry Press Operators and Production Associates to work in our Streetsboro, OH facility. Foundry Press Operator & Production Associate Pay & Benefits:

• Starting pay for this position is $21.00 per hour, ($19 an hour for the first two weeks of training on 1st shift)
• $100 referral bonus for each person you refer that works for 30 days (unlimited bonus opportunity)
• After a brief probationary period, employees are eligible for a 401K, insurances including medical, dental, and vision, as well as paid time off

Foundry Press Operator & Production Associate Shifts:

• Now hiring for 2nd and 3rd 
• Overtime may be required at times

Foundry Press Operator & Production Associate Job Duties:

• Operate forge press as part of 3 to 4-person team
• Clean, organize and maintain work area(s)
• Set up and operate forge press and trim press
• Set up and operate required support equipment and processes
• Visually inspect parts produced 
• Use hand tools and digital calipers
• Operate lift truck
• On-the-job training provided

Foundry Press Operator & Production Associate Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year of industrial experience or mechanical background preferred
• Strong shop math skills and problem-solving ability
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Able to recognize functional and cosmetic defects
• Able to work in a noisy and hot environment
• Able to stand on your feet for at least 8 hours per shift and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
