Foundry Press Operator & Production Associate Pay & Benefits:
- Starting pay for this position is $21.00 per hour, ($19 an hour for the first two weeks of training on 1st shift)
- $200 referral bonus for each person you refer that works for 30 days (unlimited bonus opportunity)
- After a brief probationary period, employees are eligible for a 401K, insurances including medical, dental, and vision, as well as paid time off
Foundry General Laborers Shifts:
- 2nd Shift 3pm - 11pm
- 3rd Shift 11pm - 7am
- Overtime may be required at times
Foundry General Laborers Job Duties:
- Help Operate Forge Press as part of 3 to 4-person team
- Clean, organize and maintain work area(s)
- Set up and operate forge press and trim press
- Set up and operate required support equipment and processes
- Visually inspect parts produced
Foundry General Laborers Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of industrial experience or mechanical background preferred
- Strong shop math skills and problem-solving ability
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Able to recognize functional and cosmetic defects
- Able to work in a noisy and hot environment
- Able to stand on your feet for at least 8 hours per shift and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
