Inventory Control Associate / Inventory Specialist – $17/hr Weekly Pay – 1st Shift – Concord, NC

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay Frequency: Weekly Pay Location: Concord, NC

Alliance Industrial Solutions is seeking a reliable Inventory Associate to support inventory control, material tracking, and warehouse operations. This role works closely with the supply chain team to maintain inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and transaction integrity across shipping, receiving, and production areas.

Inventory Associate Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits

• Assist with full physical inventory counts

• Investigate inventory discrepancies and report findings

• Review warehouse transactions to ensure accuracy

• Identify patterns and root causes of inventory issues

• Collaborate with shipping, receiving, and material handling teams

• Maintain accurate records of inventory adjustments and corrections

• Create reports, charts, and production inventory data summaries

• Identify and report aging or obsolete inventory

• Conduct random audits to ensure process integrity

• Support inventory procedures, forms, and documentation

• Assist with year-end inventory activities

• Maintain professional communication with internal departments

• Complete additional inventory or warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 3+ years of inventory control or warehouse inventory experience

• Knowledge of inventory processes in manufacturing or warehouse environments (Tracking, Cycle Count, WIP, Replenishment, Etc.)

• Experience with ERP or WMS inventory systems (Epicor preferred)

• Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills

• Experience with Root Cause Analysis

• Understanding of BOMs (Bill of Materials)

• Strong analytical and math skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Forklift experience preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
