What You’ll Do:

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Safely operating production machinery while strictly following safety protocols to prevent accidents.
• Producing quality parts by accurately following established production procedures.
• Conducting basic quality inspections using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges to ensure specifications are met.
• Collaborating with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment to promote operational excellence.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or production environments (preferred but not required).
• Ability to perform basic quality inspections and operate measurement tools proficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills to ensure precision and quality.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
