Alliance Industrial Solutions has partnered with a leading photo imaging and information delivery solutions company and we are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery, equipment, and facility systems to ensure safe and efficient operations.  This is a full time night shift position located in Concord, NC

Shift: 6pm - 6am (2-2-3 rotation) Pay: $27-$28/hr BOE  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive maintenance on production machines, conveyor systems, and facility equipment.

  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and other equipment issues.

  • Use blueprints, manufacturer specifications, and wiring diagrams to identify and resolve problems.

  • Fabricate and repair parts using machine shop tools and instruments.

  • Install, adjust, and maintain electrical equipment including wiring, motors, and switches.

  • Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical problems quickly to minimize downtime.

  • Complete work order repairs and prepare shift reports for management.

  • Follow all safety requirements, including proper use of PPE and HazWoper training.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Technical knowledge of automated production equipment and maintenance.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer specifications.

  • Skilled in using precision measuring tools, multi-meters, and basic machine shop equipment.

  • Must complete 24/40-hour HazWoper Training and meet medical qualifications for respiratory protection.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, walk, climb, kneel, crouch, and use hands/arms for extended periods.

  • Regularly lift up to 25 lbs., occasionally up to 100 lbs. (team lift required for items over 50 lbs.).

  • Must be able to handle and manipulate hazardous materials using appropriate equipment.

  • Capable of wearing PPE including safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, footwear, and respiratory protection as required.
