Alliance Industrial Solutions has partnered with a leading distributor of industrial equipment and supplies that represents some of the best brands and manufacturers in the industry, and their products include hydraulics, pneumatics, electronics, lubrication, and connectors.  We are seeking experienced Assemblers!

• Assemble and test electro-hydraulic power units using schematics and technical prints with minimal supervision.
• Read and interpret hydraulic schematics and electrical diagrams to ensure accurate assembly.
• Conduct quality checks and audits on all completed work before products leave your workstation.
• Meet production deadlines while ensuring precision and accuracy.
• Log time, inventory, and operational data in company systems.
• Collaborate with team members and assist in cross-training fellow assemblers.
• Uphold a strong commitment to quality, proactively identifying and correcting errors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must have experience assembling electrical and hydraulic equipment.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical blueprints, electrical schematics, and production schedules.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Familiarity with crane and forklift operation (or willingness to learn).

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., push, pull, and maneuver heavy components.
• Comfortable working at various heights, including climbing platforms and ladders.
• Ability to work at floor, table, and overhead levels.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
