Alliance Industrial Solutions has partnered with a leading manufacturer that specializes in precision machining production parts for the heavy and medium truck industries.?  We are seeking a CNC Setup Technician ASAP!  

Shift: 7a-3:30p M-F Pay: $22-$29 BOE The CNC Setup Tech needs to have CNC experience and tool changing experience in a production environment. The CNC Setup Tech will not write the programs but need to know how to change over tooling for new parts as well as make precision adjustments. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines and equipment
• Read and interpret technical blueprints and design models
• Adjust machine settings for optimal results
• Conduct regular CNC machine assessments
• Perform quality assurance tests to ensure products meet design specifications
• Adjust machine cutting paths or settings to optimize production while maintaining quality
• Consider tools required to cut particular materials and program machines accordingly
• Troubleshoot and repair machine problems
• Ensure the CNC machine operates in accordance with the guidelines of the company.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Setup Technician
• Knowledge of CNC machine setup and operation
• Ability to read and interpret design blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good physical condition and stamina
• Proficiency in using precision measurement tools
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational school or apprenticeship preferred
