Pay: $15/hr-$16.50/hr Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 7am-3:45pm or 6:30am-3:15pm M-F depending on position
• 2nd Shift 3pm-1:30am M-TH (Cutting machine operator only)
• Some overtime may be required
• Available weekends and holidays as scheduled by management

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma
• Experience with shipping, assembly, or cutting machine operation in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to stand for a full shift and lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
• Experience using hand/power tools
• Ability to operate a forklift preferred (Shipping Only)

• Receive in shipments and put away in proper locations
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders 
• Fulfill orders by selecting the correct product from inventory and packaging it with appropriate materials to meet company quality standards.
• Create shipping labels and packing slips for each item.
• Schedule shipments with the appropriate carriers (e.g., UPS, Freight, FedEx).
• Maintain accurate shipping records in a computerized system.

• Prepare for work by reviewing work orders and parts lists; gather necessary parts, sub-assemblies, tools, and materials.
• Position parts and sub-assemblies using templates or measurements.
• Assemble components by ensuring correct fit and fastening parts and sub-assemblies.
• Verify specifications by measuring completed components and conducting quality checks for imperfections.
• Resolve assembly issues by adjusting dimensions to meet specifications and notify the supervisor for additional resources if needed.
• Manage supply inventory by checking stock levels, placing and expediting orders, and verifying receipt of supplies.

Cutting Machine Operator:

• Operate Zund digital cutting hardware and software to prepare materials for further assembly or finishing.
• Perform physical graphic manipulation and manufacturing tasks.
• Cut various substrates including vinyl, vinyl-coated mesh, expanded PVC sheeting, acrylic, polycarbonate, sign foams, aluminum sign boards, and foam core.
• Utilize cutting methods such as routing, slicing, drag knives, oscillating knives, rotating knives, and kiss cut knives.
• Maintain a high standard of quality and precision in all cutting tasks.
