Job Title: Payroll Tax Administrator Pay: $21.50 - $22 per hour Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Start Date: ASAP

As a Payroll Tax Administrator, you'll manage and support all aspects of the payroll tax department, ensuring seamless operations across multiple legal entities. You'll collaborate closely with the payroll team to address inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate tax records, contributing to smooth payroll processing for over 200,000 associates.

What You'll Do

As a Payroll Tax Administrator, you will be responsible for

• Responding to and resolving payroll tax inquiries from associates, explaining tax withholdings, and handling W2 questions
• Monitoring the ticketing queue and addressing actions promptly to ensure timely resolution
• Entering and updating tax information and jurisdiction changes in the payroll system
• Assisting with adding or correcting tax data on associates’ records as needed
• Maintaining strict confidentiality of all associate information

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a processing or deadline-driven environment
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail in resolving tickets and discrepancies
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external interactions
• Preferred qualifications include experience with multi-state payroll tax processing and using Microsoft Office applications
