Job Title: General Laborer

Pay: $16.00 per hour Hours: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (overtime as needed) Start Date: Immediate openings available

As a General Laborer, you'll support daily operations by handling materials, assisting with assembly, and ensuring a safe and organized workspace. You’ll work closely with the production team to help maintain quality standards and meet shipping deadlines.

What You'll Do

As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for:

• Move unfinished and finished products efficiently between assembly and warehouse areas to support production flow.
• Operate basic production equipment and assist with manual assembly tasks following detailed instructions.
• Prepare products for shipment by packaging and labeling, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment through regular housekeeping.
• Assist in equipment setup, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting to keep operations running smoothly.
• Receive incoming shipments and accurately load outgoing shipments, managing inventory storage and documentation.
• Operate a tow motor (if licensed) to transport materials within the facility.
• Follow all safety protocols and promptly report any issues or safety concerns.
• Contribute ideas to improve operational efficiency, safety, and workplace environment.
• Keep accurate records of production activity and inventory to support team goals.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• High school diploma or GED; equivalent experience accepted.
• 1-3 months of related experience or training in manufacturing or warehouse environments preferred.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment (valid license or ability to obtain one).
• Strong work ethic with keen attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Effective communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and move up to 100 pounds frequently.
• Good safety habits and a commitment to keeping the workspace clean and organized.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
