Lattice Composites is seeking a motivated Process & Quality Technician to join our growing manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or entry-level candidates with a STEM background who want hands-on experience in manufacturing, quality, engineering, and operations.
In this role, you’ll work directly on the production floor to help ensure products meet quality standards, processes are followed correctly, and manufacturing operations run efficiently. You’ll gain valuable technical experience while working alongside production, engineering, and quality leaders in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do
Production & Process Support
- Work directly with production operators to ensure manufacturing procedures and work instructions are followed
- Verify production paperwork, batch records, and documentation accuracy
- Identify process issues and help correct deviations in real time
- Support supervisors in maintaining quality and process standards on the production floor
- Assist with operator training and process compliance
Quality Control & Testing
- Perform routine quality inspections and testing on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products
- Record test results accurately in quality systems and logs
- Assist with Certificates of Analysis (COAs)
- Ensure products meet internal quality standards before release
- Communicate quality concerns or nonconforming materials to leadership
Data & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain organized production and quality records
- Review manufacturing documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Track quality metrics including scrap, yield, and test data
- Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
Safety & Workplace Organization
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Support 5S and workplace standardization initiatives
Qualifications
Required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related field
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow technical instructions and procedures
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in a hands-on manufacturing environment
Preferred
- Degrees in:
- Industrial Engineering
- Chemical Engineering
- Materials Science
- Chemistry
- Manufacturing Technology
- Related technical fields
- Mechanical aptitude or manufacturing experience is a plus

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
