Job Title: Inventory Control Specialist

Pay: $21.00 per hour Hours: Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM Start Date: ASAP

As an Inventory Control Specialist, you'll manage inventory flow, process shipments accurately, and maintain an organized warehouse. You'll work closely with the warehouse team to ensure that materials are handled efficiently, supporting the seamless production process every day.

What You'll Do

As a Inventory Control Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming products securely in designated areas.

• Preparing shipping documentation and maintaining detailed transaction records, including dates, quantities, and locations. • Verifying shipment accuracy and quality, ensuring all labels and paperwork are correct prior to dispatch. • Coordinating with carriers and expediting urgent shipments to meet tight deadlines. • Sorting and disposing of scrap materials like cardboard, strapping, and other waste to keep the workspace tidy. • Assisting with inventory counts, cycle counts, and organizing stock. • Performing additional warehouse duties as needed to support ongoing operations.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; formal training or coursework in warehouse operations is helpful.

• At least two years of experience in warehouse, shipping, or inventory management roles. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. • Proficiency with inventory management software and basic computer skills. • A safety-conscious and self-motivated approach to work.
