As a Press Operator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting daily production activities in a fast-paced setting. What You’ll Do As a Press Operator, you will be responsible for

• Operating and monitoring press machines to ensure optimal performance
• Inspecting parts for quality and accuracy to maintain high standards
• Recording production data accurately for reporting and analysis
• Using hand and power tools, including wrenches and screwdrivers, to assist with setup and adjustments
• Assisting with troubleshooting and basic maintenance of equipment
• Following strict safety procedures and reporting any concerns immediately

What You’ll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• At least 6 months of manufacturing, factory, or production experience
• Willingness to learn and operate press machinery (experience preferred but not required)
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours per shift
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Comfort with using hand and power tools
• Forklift or tow motor experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on safety
• Desire for a long-term opportunity with room for growth
