What You'll Do As a Press Operator, you will be responsible for
- Operating and monitoring press machines to ensure efficient production
- Inspecting parts for quality, accuracy, and defects
- Recording production data accurately and consistently
- Using hand and power tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and spot-welding equipment
- Assisting with machine setup, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance tasks
- Following all safety procedures and reporting concerns promptly
- Supporting other production tasks as needed to meet daily goals
What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- At least 6 months of manufacturing, factory, or production experience
- Press machine experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours per shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely
- Comfort with using hand and power tools
- Forklift or tow motor experience is a bonus
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to safety

Location & Schedule: This position is on-site in Wooster, OH, offering two 4-day shifts: 2nd shift (Monday–Thursday, 3:45 PM–2:15 AM) and 3rd shift (Sunday–Wednesday, 7:15 PM–5:45 AM). Overtime is available on Fridays and Thursdays as needed. These are full-time roles with immediate start dates.
