Alliance Industrial Solutions is currently seeking Press Operators for immediate openings at a top-tier automotive manufacturer in Wooster, OH. This role is ideal for individuals with 6+ months of experience in manufacturing, production, or machine operation looking for a long-term career with a consistent 4-day schedule.

Shift Schedules:

• 2nd Shift: Mon–Thurs, 3:45 PM – 2:15 AM (Friday OT as needed)

What You Will Do (Responsibilities):

• Operate and monitor industrial press machines to produce automotive parts.

• Perform quality inspections on finished parts to ensure accuracy.

• Use hand/power tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, spot-welding equipment) for setup and maintenance.

• Maintain accurate production data and follow all safety protocols.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements):

• Experience: At least 6 months of experience in a manufacturing, factory, or production environment.

• Capability: Ability to stand for 10-hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Aptitude: Comfortable using hand tools and following technical instructions.

• Background: Experience with press machines, forklifts, or tow motors is a major plus but not required.
