Earn up to $18.50 per hour in a full-time Production Mixer role with immediate openings in Solon, Ohio. This is a steady, long-term opportunity with weekly pay, consistent shifts, and room to grow.

Forklift or tow motor experience is required. You’ll work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, helping mix ingredients, move materials, and support production of high-quality snack products.

Pay

1st Shift: $18.00/hr

3rd Shift: $18.50/hr Pay Frequency: Weekly pay Schedule

1st Shift:

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

3rd Shift:

Tuesday–Friday, 12:00 AM–7:00 AM Saturday, 12:00 AM–9:45 AM

Overtime may be required.

On-site in Solon, Ohio Responsibilities

• Mix and prepare ingredients according to formulas and production schedules
• Measure, weigh, stage, and label materials accurately
• Operate forklifts, tow motors, and hand trucks to move raw materials and finished products
• Support packaging and production teams as needed
• Follow GMP, safety, sanitation, and quality standards
• Complete quality checks and document results
• Keep work areas and equipment clean and organized
• Assist with inventory rotation using FIFO procedures
• Lift up to 50 pounds regularly

Requirements

• At least 1 year of forklift or tow motor experience required
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment
• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Availability for 1st or 3rd shift
• Strong commitment to safety, cleanliness, and quality
• High school diploma or GED preferred
