As a Material Handler Packaging Associate, you'll support daily production and packaging operations in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Your main goal is to help ensure products are packaged efficiently, safely, and to quality standards. You'll work closely with the production team to keep workflows steady and deliver results that make a difference.

What You'll Do

• Operate packaging line equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures, including scales, bag hangers, sealers, video jet coders, conveyors, turners, and flatteners.
• Manage bag palletizers, check weighers, and pallet wrapper machines to optimize packaging efficiency.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues promptly to reduce downtime and keep production moving smoothly.
• Support auxiliary equipment operation, such as dust collection systems and floor scrubbers, to maintain a clean and safe workspace.
• Operate forklift after training (prior experience preferred; training provided).
• Conduct system cleanups, rebagging, and reblending of products as necessary.
• Complete accurate production logs and check sheets to ensure traceability and compliance.
• Assist with receiving and shipping processes to support seamless logistics.
• Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain safety and cleanliness on the production floor.
• Carry out minor preventative maintenance to support equipment longevity.

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Excel, Word, Google Suite, and MSDS systems.
• Strong safety awareness and commitment to following safety protocols.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Willingness or prior experience operating forklifts and mobile equipment.

Location & Schedule:

This is an on-site position in Marysville, Ohio, offering flexible shift options:

• First Shift: 6:30 am – 3:00 pm
• Second Shift: 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm
• Third Shift: 11:00 pm – 7:30 am
