Join a growing automotive manufacturer in Wooster, OH! We are looking for CNC Operators to set up, program, and run machines to produce high-quality car parts. This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical aptitude who enjoys hands-on work and overtime opportunities.

Pay & Schedule:

• Starting at $21/hr+

• Plenty of overtime available

Shifts available (hours vary by department):

• 2:00pm – 10:00pm

• 10:00pm – 6:00am

• Typically working 6 days per week

• Must be available to train on 1st shift (7:00am – 3:00pm) for a few weeks before moving to off-shift placement

Job Duties:

• Set up and operate CNC machines according to job specifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions

• Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure parts meet quality standards

• Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) to verify accuracy

• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

• Complete production documentation and report any quality or machine issues

Requirements:

• Previous CNC operator experience preferred

• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and drawings

• Proficiency with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Reliable and able to work overtime as needed
