Assembler Benefits:
$16.00-$16.50 per hour depending on experience and shift
Pay increases after 90 days over $1.50
1st shift 6am - 2:30pm, OT can be 2 hours before or after shift
3rd shift 9:30pm - 6am, OT can be 2 hours before or after shift
OT will be discussed during tour/interview

Assembler Responsibilities:
Assemble components and products according to detailed specifications and work instructions
Operate hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks accurately and efficiently
Monitor assembly processes to ensure product quality and consistency
Perform routine checks and maintenance on tools and equipment used during assembly
Inspect finished assemblies for accuracy, defects, and compliance with quality standards
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production
Assembler Qualifications:
Entry level role & looking for dependable candidates with a history of strong attendance and job commitment
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines in a manufacturing environment
Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
