Pay: $26 - $28 per hour Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Start Date: ASAP

As a CNC Swiss Operator, you'll play a vital role in the production process. You'll work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure high-quality, precise metal components are produced efficiently and safely.

What You'll Do

As a CNC Swiss Operator, you will be responsible for: • Loading and unloading parts • Starting and stopping jobs, while monitoring cycle consistency • Performing basic gauging using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges to conduct in-process inspections • Making basic wear offset adjustments with approval to maintain accuracy • Identifying tool wear, burrs, or other non-conforming conditions and addressing them promptly • Changing standard tools such as inserts and drills to keep machines running smoothly

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have: • Experience with CNC Swiss machining with either Citizen or Tsugami machines • Proficiency with basic measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and height gauges • Ability to perform simple wear offsets and machine adjustments • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • Ability to multitask and handle multiple machines if necessary
