As a Machine Operator Assistant, you'll play a key role in keeping production running smoothly. You'll work closely with press operators to prepare all necessary materials, organize components for each job, and help maintain timely schedules. Your attention to detail and proactive communication will help ensure seamless workflow and top-tier product delivery.

What You'll Do

As a Machine Operator Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Staging all materials needed for production, including job jackets, cylinders, dies, plates, and inks.
• Coordinating with press operators to prepare components for job runs, ensuring all materials meet specifications.
• Assisting in maintaining production schedules and tracking inventory levels.
• Ensuring all materials and equipment are properly organized and ready for use to support efficient operations.
• Communicating effectively with team members to resolve any issues that may impact workflow or quality.
• Supporting the overall cleanliness and safety standards in the work area to promote a safe working environment.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks including standing for long periods and lifting materials.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or production environments is a plus, but not required.
• Reliable transportation to and from the Cleveland facility.
