Job Title: Food Production Sanitation Worker

Pay: $16.25 per hour Hours: 2:00PM – 10:30PM (Swing Shift) Start Date: ASAP

As a Food Production Sanitation Worker, you will be essential in ensuring the cleanliness and compliance of the production environment, helping deliver quality products to consumers every day.

What You’ll Do:

As a Food Production Sanitation Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Cleaning and sanitizing food production and packaging equipment according to Master Sanitation Schedules to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Disassembling, thoroughly cleaning, sanitizing, and reassembling machinery following established SOPs.
• Conducting environmental swabbing and testing (ATP, Salmonella, Listeria) to verify sanitation effectiveness.
• Inspecting for brittle plastic and glass hazards to prevent contamination.
• Removing organic and chemical residues from all product contact surfaces.
• Monitoring safety controls such as bullet magnets to ensure food safety protocols are maintained.
• Following all GMPs, safety policies, and housekeeping standards diligently.
• Reporting any unsafe or unsanitary conditions immediately to management.
• Maintaining accurate sanitation records and documentation daily.
• Supporting Food Safety and Quality initiatives, participating in audits and inspections as needed.
• Assisting in training new team members and supporting continuous team development.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to stand on concrete floors for 8 or more hours per shift.
• Physical capability to bend, stoop, twist, and perform repetitive tasks safely.
• Strong attention to detail and a deep commitment to cleanliness and safety.
• Ability to follow written procedures, safety guidelines, and food safety policies.
• Reliable attendance, a strong work ethic, and a team-oriented attitude.
