We are looking for a  Maintenance Technician Located at our OH plant (Streetsboro) that opens in 2025.  $29-32 hourly

  Hired candidate will be eligible for $5000 sign on bonus. 50% given after start date and 50% given after 6 months are completed. The Maintenance Technician duties:

 

        3-5 years of manufacturing experience doing machine set up and change overs

• Experience working with computerized HMI controls
• Able to problem solve, identify, and correct machine failures (i.e. – able to make processing adjustments to machines to maintain part quality)
• High mechanical skills (can rate themselves an 8-10 preferably)
• Experience with CNC based programming

The Maintenance Technician will still train anywhere from 4-6 months (probably 6 months) in McPherson, KS before being placed in the new OH facility (even after it opens). We will pay for hotel, travel, transportation and provide a meal stipend while they are training in KS. The Maintenance Technician will work a 3 week on, 1 week back (last week of month) in OH schedule which is M-F, 8 hour shift. We will pay them for their week home to see family and of course pay them while they are training/working. #AIS11
