We are looking for a machine Operator at our OH plant that opens June 2025.
Hired candidate will be eligible for $5000 sign on bonus. 50% given after start date and 50% given after 6 months are completed.
*The machine Operator is Responsible for prepping machines for shift start up and/or product change.
*Operating auxiliary equipment in order to produce various types and sizes of manufactured products while ensuring quality and production goals are met. *Performing troubleshooting on equipment as needed. The Machine Operator will still train anywhere from 4-6 months (probably 6 months) in McPherson, KS before being placed in the new OH facility (even after it opens). We will pay for hotel, travel, transportation and provide a meal stipend while they are training in KS. The Setup Machinist will work a 3 week on, 1 week back (last week of month) in OH schedule which is M-F, 8 hour shift. We will pay them for their week home to see family and of course pay them while they are training/working. #AIS11
