Maintenance Technician - 1st shift  1st shift with overtime involved Starting Rate: $30 to $40 hourly Overview Cleveland, OH manufacturer of high-speed machinery and equipment is currently hiring for a 1st shift Maintenance Technician. This Maintenance Technician will need 3+ years within manufacturing maintenance with experience in both mechanical and electrical repairs.    Job Summary: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring that all equipment and machinery are maintained in optimal working condition. This includes performing regular inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance to prevent downtime and ensure safe, efficient operations. Key Responsibilities:

1. Preventive Maintenance:
   • Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections of equipment, machinery, and facilities to prevent breakdowns and ensure continuous operation.
   • Maintain and update a record of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections.
2. Repairs and Troubleshooting:
   • Identify and diagnose mechanical, electrical issues.
   • Hydraulics and pneumatics
   • Electrical up to 480v
   • PLC troubleshooting will be helpful
   • Work with external vendors and contractors as needed for specialized repairs or services.
