We are currently seeking a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor! This role oversees the making of HVAC components through use of press operating and assembly skills.
Production Supervisor Benefits:
Up to $28 per hour depending on experience
3rd shift 9:30pm - 6am, OT can be 2 hours before or after shift

Production Supervisor Responsibilities:
Responsible for the safety and productivity of the entire shift and
will work directly with the Plant Manager and Associates to ensure
production numbers are met and operations performed at or
above expected levels.
He or she will also be tasked with maintaining a safe, legally compliant workplace, and enforcing compliance with all corporate policies and procedures.
Working Supervisor role overseeing 15 to 20 Associates, mostly running metal fabrication machinery
Production Supervisor Qualifications:
3+ years of Supervision preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines in a manufacturing environment
Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
