We are seeking a skilled Industrial Painter / Powder Coater to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, coating, and finishing a variety of metal and industrial surfaces using paint and powder coating applications. This role requires a strong attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Prepare metal and other surfaces for painting or powder coating by cleaning, sanding, masking, and applying primers.
• Operate spray guns, powder coating equipment, and industrial ovens to apply finishes to products.
• Mix and match paints, coatings, and finishes to achieve the desired color and texture.
• Ensure even application of coatings to prevent defects such as drips, bubbles, or uneven coverage.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and customer specifications.
• Maintain paint booths, powder coating booths, and other equipment, ensuring they are clean and operational.
• Follow safety regulations and proper handling procedures for paints, solvents, and chemicals.
• Maintain detailed records of work completed, including paint mixtures, coating thickness, and curing times.
• Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to meet production deadlines.
