This position is for our OH plant that opens June 2025. This will be an opportunity to be part of the initial team to set up our 2nd factory in the US

Hired candidate will be eligible for $5000 sign on bonus (hourly positions.) 50% given after start date and 50% given after 6 months are completed.

We also will provide a $3,000 employee referral bonus if you refer a candidate to us that gets hired.

Responsible for prepping machines for shift start up and/or product change; operating auxiliary equipment in order to produce various types and sizes of manufactured products while ensuring quality and production goals are met; performing troubleshooting on equipment as needed.
