A precision machining manufacturer specializing in fittings and valves is seeking a skilled Quality Inspector for 1st shift operations. This position requires a minimum of 2+ years of experience inspecting machined metal parts.
Compensation:
Starting Rate: $20–$23/hour
Shift Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct 1st piece, in-process, and final inspections of precision-machined components.
Inspect threaded stainless steel, steel, and brass parts to ensure compliance with specifications.
Utilize a variety of measuring tools, including manual and digital gauges, micrometers, and calipers.
Read and interpret blueprints to verify product dimensions and tolerances.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality inspection of machined metal parts.
Proficiency in using precision measuring tools and interpreting engineering blueprints.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
