Machine Operator
1st Shift 6:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday
3rd Shift 7:00pm - 5:30am Sunday - Thursday
SUMMARY
Puts bands on finished coils and places them on proper pallets and bands them to the pallets. Assists operator in maximizing productivity.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Loads coil on uncoiler.
Unloads scrap.
Unloads cuts from uncoiler to turnstile.
Reads and understands job ticket.
Bands coils once on turnstile.
Bands coils on pallet.
Cuts bands.
Core cuts and spot welds.
QUALIFICATIONS

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
