Job Title: Powder Coater

Pay: $19-23 per hour Hours: 2nd Shift (3:00 pm - 11:30 pm) Start Date: ASAP

As a Powder Coater, you'll be responsible for preparing and applying durable finishes to metal and industrial surfaces. You'll work closely with your team to ensure high-quality results, safety, and efficiency.

What You’ll Do

As a Powder Coater, you will be responsible for

• Preparing metal and other surfaces for coating by cleaning, sanding, masking, and applying primers

• Operating spray guns, powder coating equipment, and industrial ovens to apply finishes • Mixing and matching paints, coatings, and finishes to achieve specific colors and textures • Ensuring even application of coatings to prevent defects such as drips, bubbles, or uneven coverage • Inspecting finished products to confirm they meet quality standards and customer specifications • Maintaining paint booths, powder coating booths, and related equipment to ensure cleanliness and proper operation • Following safety regulations and handling procedures for paints, solvents, and chemicals • Keeping detailed records of coatings applied, paint mixtures, curing times, and coating thickness • Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines

What You’ll Bring
